Getting started

The basics drivers usually want to know before trying TruckLinx.

What is TruckLinx?

TruckLinx is a commercial truck navigation app built for professional drivers. It uses your truck profile, including height, weight, length, Hazmat category, and route restrictions, to support truck-aware routing while also bringing driver tools, weather, truck stops, and community features into the same app.

Is TruckLinx available on iPhone and Android?

Yes. TruckLinx is available on both the Apple App Store and Google Play.

What does TruckLinx Lite include?

TruckLinx Lite includes two truck-navigation trips with no expiration. There is no trial clock, so you can use those two trips when you are ready.

What does TruckLinx Pro include that Lite does not?

TruckLinx Pro unlocks unlimited truck-navigation trips and access to the full TruckLinx navigation and driver-tool experience. Current Pro pricing is $12.99 per month or $129.99 per year.

Can I cancel TruckLinx Pro anytime?

Yes. Subscriptions are managed through Google Play or the App Store and can be canceled from your store account.

Navigation and connectivity

How TruckLinx behaves on the road and what drivers should expect from connectivity.

Does TruckLinx work without cell service?

TruckLinx currently requires a data connection for routing, maps, traffic, weather, and other live services. Offline maps are not currently available. Some drivers may retain limited data connectivity through services such as T-Mobile T-Satellite when cellular coverage is unavailable, but TruckLinx is not currently optimized or specifically tested for satellite use, so availability and performance may vary.

Does TruckLinx use my truck dimensions for routing?

Yes. TruckLinx uses the truck profile you provide, including dimensions and other truck-specific settings, as part of truck-aware routing. Drivers should still follow posted signs, temporary restrictions, permits, and current road conditions.

Does TruckLinx support Hazmat routing?

Yes. TruckLinx supports Hazmat-aware truck routing using the selected Hazmat category along with your truck profile and applicable route restrictions. Drivers remain responsible for posted signs, permits, shipping papers, and current regulations.

Does TruckLinx work with Apple CarPlay?

Yes. TruckLinx supports Apple CarPlay for supported iPhone and vehicle setups.

Does TruckLinx work on tablets?

Yes. TruckLinx includes layouts designed for larger iPad and Android tablet displays in both portrait and landscape.

Weather, tools, and privacy

Does TruckLinx include live weather?

What driver tools are included?
