TruckLinx may use precise location data to provide navigation and route-based services. Location access helps enable features designed for drivers and road-based workflows. You can manage device location permissions in your device settings, but disabling location access may reduce or prevent certain features from functioning properly.
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide TruckLinx services, maintain required business and legal records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with applicable law.
Registered users may permanently delete their TruckLinx account from within the mobile application by opening Profile, selecting Settings, and choosing Delete Account. Account deletion removes the Firebase Authentication account and initiates deletion of associated TruckLinx profile data, profile photographs, and other user-owned cloud data, except information that TruckLinx is legally required or permitted to retain.
